Saw two criminals(or perhaps two young girls from the girls' home) at the hospital. One of them sat on the wheelchair, leg bandaged. The other one was tied up. Hands tied to her waist, leg tied and wasn't allowed slippers. The way she walked to the Police van(?) so ke lian lah... But the Madam like quite kind lar, helped her a little. Dad say maybe they were caught dealing with drugs then wanted to run away but one fell and broke her leg. The other had blood shot eyes. The scene quite scary and heartwrenching at the same time... :(
