Pacify me Please

Had my PP assessment and I think the result will show FAILED. I thought no one will know that company but who knows they so pro. Unfortunate. WTF On the verge of crying :'(

PP on Altas Sound. Weak understand of the company. Not able to answer some of the questions asked.
